OG: 1.049 / FG: 1.010
ABV: 5.1 / SRM: 17-18 / IBU: 15

Grains

8lbs. Maris Otter

1lb. Cherrywood smoked malt

1lb. Honey malt

0.5 lb. Carapils

0.375 lb. Crystal 40

0.25 lb. Biscuit malt

Mash Schedule

Single Infusion mash @ 156 for 60 min

Mash out @ 167 for 15 min

Boil and Hop Schedule

Boil for 60 min

1oz. Tettnang at 60 min. (That’s it!)

Yeast, Fermentation Schedule and Packaging

Mangrove Jacks Liberty Bell Ale yeast pitched at 65 degrees. Dry yeast (No starter). Keg once the FG gets to 1.010. Carb at 2.58 vol. of co2 at 12 psi.
