Join us for Sunday as we put the fun in brewing fun-damentals with our very own Dr. Cutter presenting on Water Chemistry Basics. We’ll talk about the ions that matter for making your hops pop and your stouts silky. Those of you who submitted a water sample to Sean should have your results back and be able to get practical guidance for what type of ion treatment would be helpful. In addition we’ll have updates on Throwdown 2022, the Butler County Fair Competition and Homebrew Con!
